How It Works
Uniquely, an Employer is able to receive and review details of both the candidate (Nominee) and the referrer (Sponsor) as part of their application process. Employers can also arrange contact with the Sponsor to obtain a verbal reference to aid their decision making – adding value at the right time in the hiring process.
When the new hire joins their employer, a charity selected by the Sponsor will receive the advertised donation amount – helping to drive CSR into the bargain.
